We believe that each academies distinctiveness is a key strength. Their identity and place in their local communities makes them best placed to deliver a rich, broad and balanced curriculum to deliver a high quality education for their pupils.
Our Trust works collaboratively with our Headteachers and Senior Leadership Teams, empowering them to put in place the strategies that will deliver the best outcomes for their Academy. We work with partners across the sector to seek out, develop, implement and share best practice though a strong collaborative network of professionals. We believe passionately in sector lead improvement and through world class systems maximise and share resource, knowledge and opportunity across the Cidari family.
