Lead by the CEO, Cidari has a strong team of central staff readily able to support and assist our Academies at every level, including education, data analysis, curriculum development and innovation. A Chief Operating Officer oversees Payroll, HR, Facilities & Compliance, ICT, Health & Safety, Marketing and Capital, supporting the CEO in the organisational administration of the Trust.
Our Chief Finance Officer oversees all financial matters including production of accounts, budget setting and guidance, financial compliance and audit. Together with the CEO, the COO and CFO make up the Trust Executive and are supported by their respective teams.
MAT Central Services
Through our central team we provide our Academies with a full range of support, including school improvement support.
