School Improvement
Cidari Education will provide a ‘bespoke’ package of support for school improvement which includes:
- A set number of days’ support from the Leader of Learning, Standards and Achievement/Executive Head/School Improvement Adviser (12 days Primary, 24 days Secondary)
Key areas of focus
- Standards, data analysis, target setting and action planning
- Quality of teaching and learning
- Leadership and management
- An annual Ofsted health check
- Half Termly support and challenge visits
- Support with Performance Management
- Access to Half Termly Headteacher Networks
- Access to a central CPD and training
Cidari Education will ensure that Local Governing Committees are equipped to fulfil their role by providing:
- A comprehensive package of support and professional development
- Access to Governor Networks
- Support from the Cidari Board
